Referred to as a Triage Call in the above training, HPSA offers Fast Chat's to all qualified interested leads who want to learn more about HPSA or are seeking help inside of their salon, spa or barbershop.

The main point of a Fast Chat is to qualify the lead, help them gain clarity of the problem they have and then book them for a Salon Acceleration Session which is a deep dive into their situation and problems.
